Holistic Counselling

Coming from a health care background I am qualified in the physical, emotional psychological and spiritual care of families, couples and individuals of all ages. I am accredited with the BACP and have been counselling  since 2000. I specialise in helping people recognise their needs from a holistic view point.This enables them to recognise their deepest desires and to find the right path to meet those needs whilst overcoming the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress.  My approach draws on many traditions whilst rooted in being Person Centred. I offer those who come to see me the conditions which will enable them to become more fully themselves. Get in touch to learn more.
